Meredith: No, I'm pretty sure I'm gonna lose all my friends.

Meredith: You're not my friend.
Derek: Yes I am. Well, I could be. I'd be a great friend. You'd be lucky to have me. We could, might be fun. I could be your friend Meredith.
Meredith: How? How could WE be friends?
Derek: Let's see...I walk Doc every other morning. We could meet up. Have coffee. Play with Doc, maybe even discuss our complicated existence on this earth. What'd you say?
